Explore co-extruded barrier films, easy-peel films, MAP materials, laminated printing base films and
vacuum skin films. Choose a solution around your product and processing requirements.
Easy-peel film is used for ready meals, jelly and other food packaging. It combines heat
sealing with convenient opening. High-barrier options help retain aroma and support the
intended shelf life when matched to the product and packaging process.
Seal integrity
A suitable seal helps maintain freshness and prevent package leakage.
Clean peeling
The lid is designed to peel away cleanly for a convenient opening experience.
Heat-sealing performance
A broad heat-sealing window supports efficient packaging operations.
Container compatibility
Suitable for heat sealing cups, boxes, trays and other containers, with the film
selected for the specific container material.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP)
MAP replaces the natural air inside the package with a selected gas mixture. Combined with an
appropriate barrier material, sealing process and refrigerated storage, it helps support
food preservation and the intended shelf life.
Material combinations
Packaging structures may combine APET, EVOH and PE. The final structure and gas
mixture are selected for the food and packaging conditions.
Applications
Cooked meats, chilled fresh meats, poultry and other foods requiring freshness
protection under refrigerated conditions.
High-barrier co-extruded films can be used as substrates for lamination with BOPP, PE, PET, CPP
and aluminium foil (AL), combining co-extrusion performance with printed packaging presentation.

Material features
Printing & lamination
Surface corona treatment is available for printing and lamination processes. Confirm
treatment requirements and substrate compatibility.
Barrier performance
Oxygen, water-vapour and aroma barrier properties help protect the product and retain
moisture.
Mechanical & sealing performance
Puncture resistance and heat sealability support the intended packaging process.
Applications
Thermoforming food packaging, vacuum bags and snack packaging, including chicken
feet, duck neck, ham and sausage. Other applications listed in the document include
pesticide packaging.
Vacuum skin packaging seals food between a transparent skin film and a supporting tray or
base under vacuum. The film follows the contours of the product, combining a
three-dimensional presentation with vacuum protection to help preserve its colour, aroma and
freshness.
Freshness & presentation
A close-fitting vacuum seal helps retain the food’s natural freshness, aroma, colour
and taste while clearly displaying its shape.
Barrier protection
High-barrier film helps limit oxygen and water-vapour transmission. Used with
suitable chilled storage, it can help limit aerobic microbial growth and support
shelf-life performance.
Protection during chilled transport
The close-fitting pack helps protect the product surface against drying and may
reduce surface ice formation during refrigerated handling and transport.
Convenient product combinations
Multiple products or portions can be presented together in one pack. After opening,
remaining food should be refrigerated and handled according to the product’s storage
instructions.
